All photos and original art at this website are the products of Santa Flamingo artists and protected by United States copyright law. These images are licensed to you, not actually sold to you. (It's a legal thing. Keep reading. It will make sense in a minute.)
The purchaser may use these photos and artwork in original art--over & over again--without having to pay a royalty.
In most cases, you can use these images in art that you sell, too. (We'll make it clear if you can't.)
Unless we specifically say otherwise, you can use (and sell) art that RESULTS from using Santa Flamingo photos and images.
However, you can't resell the
actual Santa Flamingo products (images, programs, etc.) elsewhere, or loan them, share them, or give them away.
If the art is published, please refer to Santa Flamingo in the credits.
In simple terms: These images are licensed to artists to use in art that they create, and usually in art that they sell.
Just don't do things that can cheat Santa Flamingo of income from the raw images... Don't sell these original images or give them away. (Hey, the only way that we can keep our prices low is by selling them to lots of people.)
The business and marketing products are for your own use only. You may resell the products only if you purchase reseller's rights.
(If it's a freebie, go ahead and share it with others. We'd appreciate it if you'd tell them that you got the product from us, SantaFlamingo.com.)
At these low prices, we provide no technical support. If you can't figure out how to use our products, it's better if you buy from a company that offers support services. We'll cheerfully refund your full purchase price if you ask for it within 30 days.
All of our products are provided, "as is." All were checked for viruses before uploading. To the best of our knowledge, all of our images are royalty-free and protected only by our own copyrights, or those who provided the license rights. If you have other information about any image, let us know immediately.
We accept no responsibility for computer glitches, disappointments, or ugly art that may result from use of our products. If you totally hate what we sell, ask for a full (and cheerful) refund within 30 days.
Our only condition is this: Once someone has asked for a refund on a digital product that's not defective, we will not honor future refund requests from that person. (Sorry, but there are people who exploit digital businesses.) Thanks!
